Solis Lanua' - The Gate of the Sun: this is the name the Romans gave to this magical place, today known as Soiano del Lago. It is said that the temple of Jupiter once dominated the panorama of the lake from here.
From an old monastery dating back to the 13th century, built on Roman ruins on the site of pagan cults, was born Abaye, a modern residence with great old-world charm, which still preserves numerous historical testimonies. The location is privileged, in an elegant residential area off the beaten track of noisy mass tourism, but convenient for reaching beaches, clubs, and the artisan bakery with minimarket.
Just 300 meters away is the Valtenesi cycle path, which starts in Lonato and ends in Salò. It stretches for 24 Kilometers in the moraine hills of Lake Garda, surrounded by nature and with wonderful views of the lake.
Abaye's six luxurious flats have been designed respecting the original structure and boast ample and comfortable spaces. The exquisite finishes, attention to detail and high-quality materials used are such that they will meet the expectations of the most discerning guests. The king-size beds with top-class mattresses can be separated on request. The sofa beds, which can be easily opened in one move, have comfortable memory mattresses that are also suitable for long stays. The new kitchens complete with high-end energy-saving appliances are equipped with everything you need to prepare both a quick meal and a fine dinner. The bathrooms are equipped with high-quality sanitary fittings and faucets, and the large showers with RGB lighting for your sensory well-being.
Immersed in the approx. 5,000 m² park framed by centuries-old olive trees is the large 8 m x 16 m infinity pool with a whirlpool and night lighting, which is exclusively for guests. Around the pool, electrical outlets are provided in the large sunbathing area near the sun loungers. The two shaded islands offer refreshment and you can relax while sipping a drink or reading a book. In the double shower with hot water you can use shower gel and it is shielded from view. In addition, convenient to the pool but hidden from view are the outdoor facilities. The covered car park offers 9 parking spaces and is equipped with two electric charging stations.
Thermal and acoustic insulation, a large photovoltaic system, heat pumps for air conditioning and heating in all flats, an air circulation system and water-saving sanitary fittings meet the latest standards of environmental sustainability.
In order to ensure maximum relaxation for our guests, we have chosen to forgo a large market feta and accommodate only those over 14. Pets are allowed with explicit permission.
