Our stay in Peter's apartment was absolutely perfect. The apartment is new, with meticulous attention to detail, including the choice of furnishings, materials, and fabrics. It boasts a splendid terrace. The house is equipped with every comfort, and more!, and everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. There's a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and two beautiful bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Outside, there's a beautiful park with an olive grove and a swimming pool with a hot tub. Peter is an excellent host, attentive, hospitable, and very kind. The property is strategically located, just minutes from Lake Garda in the Soiano area, and close to all the main attractions and cities in the area. The cities of Brescia and Verona are also convenient and easy to reach.

Peter was a super friendly and flexible host. He was always available if we had any questions. The apartment exceeded our initial excellent impression from the pictures. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The materials used throughout were of very high quality. The grounds are idyllically landscaped and feature a pool with an integrated whirlpool function. Showers and sinks were also available by the pool. High-quality materials were used here as well. The property is completely enclosed, so children and dogs are not exposed to the dangers of a road. The property is also screened from view, ensuring privacy. All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone. You'll be in excellent hands here! We will definitely be back!

An absolute dream on Lake Garda! The location exceeded all our expectations. The setting is unbeatable – nestled in a wonderful olive grove. The property is stylishly furnished with attention to detail. Every corner exudes charm and comfort, from the cozy bedrooms and open-plan living areas to the dream pool in a magical garden! The design of the apartments is a harmonious blend of modern chic and rustic charm, perfectly capturing the spirit of the Italian countryside. With stylish furniture, refined artwork, and hand-picked decorations, each room feels like a small design masterpiece, inviting you to linger. Our hosts, Peter and Daniele, were warm and always available to help us with great tips. A place that feels like home – but with the luxury of a 5-star hotel. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem on Lake Garda to everyone!

Peter and Daniela are wonderful hosts. Their tips for excursions in the area led us to fantastic sights, excellent restaurants, delicious olive oil, and very good wine. The property consists of six apartments in total. Each apartment is individually furnished and features restored antique furniture. The entire garden is beautifully maintained. You can relax by the pool under old olive trees. Our holiday home lacked nothing. The lounge furniture (not shown in the photos provided by the owners) on the very large balcony off the bedroom and on the terrace, with its view of the pool and the beautiful old tree, is perfect for relaxing.
